Exchange Policy at Oteam - Your Satisfaction, Our Commitment

 

At Oteam, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our products. However, if you encounter any issues, please review our exchange policy below:

  1. Exchange Eligibility: Products are only eligible for exchange if:

    • The product is damaged upon arrival.
    • The product is not functioning as intended.
  2. Opening Video Requirement: For damaged parcels, please provide an unboxing video taken at the time of opening. This helps us verify the condition of the package upon arrival.

  3. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the required documentation (opening video).

 

We allow our customers to exchange goods within 7 days of receiving the products. In cases where a exchange is initiated, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, applicable only when we request the exchange of the original skin. To be eligible for a exchange  the goods must be undamaged and unused. Any exchanged shipping amount will be in shipping terms only and not in cash or money. 

OTEAM™ clearly displays its products on the website. If a customer decides to exchange a purchase due to a change in taste, the exchange is not applicable.
