We allow our customers to exchange goods within 7 days of receiving the products. In cases where a exchange is initiated, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, applicable only when we request the exchange of the original skin. To be eligible for a exchange the goods must be undamaged and unused. Any exchanged shipping amount will be in shipping terms only and not in cash or money.
OTEAM™ clearly displays its products on the website. If a customer decides to exchange a purchase due to a change in taste, the exchange is not applicable.
